Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of seniorcoveragenetwork.com (the “Site”), operated by Senior Coverage Network (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Senior Coverage Network is a non-governmental insurance agency. We are not affiliated or connected with Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, or any other government program or agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. For information on all of your Medicare options, contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. What the Site does
The Site lets you request information and a call from a licensed insurance agent about Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug and Medicare Supplement plans. Submitting a form or using our plan-options tool is a request for information and a solicitation for insurance. It does not enroll you in any plan and does not affect your current Medicare coverage. Enrollment happens only if you choose to enroll with a licensed agent or directly with a plan.
3. General information only
Content on the Site is general information and not insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Plan availability, benefits, premiums, costs and enrollment periods vary by carrier, plan and location, and change from year to year. Enrollment in a plan may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period or you are in your Initial Enrollment Period. Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor, and enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare. Results of using our service may vary based on the information provided.
4. Your information and consent to be contacted
When you submit a form, you may choose which companies may contact you. If you check a company’s box, you give that company your express written consent, by electronic signature, to contact you by phone calls, text messages and email as described on the form, including using an automated dialing system or pre-recorded message, and calls may be recorded. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of buying any good or service. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, calling 844-978-0969, or emailing unsubscribe@seniorcoveragenetwork.com. Message and data rates may apply. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, share and keep your information, including call recording and the use of TrustedForm and Jornaya to verify consent.
5. Accurate information
You agree to provide information that is true, current and complete, and to submit only your own information (or information of a person who has authorized you to do so). Do not submit information of another person without their permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes; submit false or automated (bot) submissions; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest data from the Site; or use the Site in a way that infringes anyone’s rights. We may block access and take other action if we believe you have violated these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Carrier names and logos shown on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners; their display does not imply endorsement. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.
8. Third-party sites and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (including Medicare.gov and consent-verification providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any plan, benefit, price or availability shown or discussed will apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Coverage Network and its owners, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us (which for most users is $0). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
