Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Senior Coverage Network (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a non-governmental insurance agency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through seniorcoveragenetwork.com (the “Site”) and by phone, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the answers you choose in our plan-options tool (for example, whether you have Medicare Parts A and B).
- Your consent choices: which companies you agreed may contact you, the consent language shown to you, and the date and time you submitted the form.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
- Session recording and consent verification: we use TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) and, when enabled, Jornaya to record and verify how you interacted with our form, including the page content you saw and the information you entered. These services may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Telephone calls: when you call or speak with us, we record the call, as described below.
We do not ask for, and you should not enter on the Site, your Social Security number, Medicare number, bank account or payment card details, or health information.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about Medicare plan options (including Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug and Medicare Supplement plans) if you asked us to or consented to be contacted.
- To connect you with a licensed insurance agent who can answer your questions and, if you choose, help you enroll.
- To verify your consent and keep records required by law and by the insurance carriers we represent.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to detect fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and to respond to regulators, carriers and lawful requests.
3. Who we share your information with
- Only the companies you select. On our form you choose, company by company, who may contact you. We share your contact information only with the companies whose boxes you checked, and only to the extent needed for them to contact you as you requested. We do not sell your information to, or share it for marketing purposes with, companies you did not select.
- Licensed agents and insurance carriers. If you ask for help with a plan, we share the information needed with a licensed agent and with the insurance carrier of the plan you are considering.
- Service providers that help us run the Site, take calls, send messages, store records and verify consent (for example hosting, customer-relationship-management, telephony and consent-verification vendors). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or government or regulatory request, or to protect rights, safety and property.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, sale or reorganization, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
4. Call recording and record retention
Calls between you and us about Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plans are recorded in full, as required by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rules. We retain these recordings, and our consent records, for the periods required by those rules and by our carrier contracts, which currently can be up to several years, and then delete them or convert them as permitted.
5. Calls, texts and email
If you checked a company’s box on our form, that company may contact you by phone, text message and email as described in the consent language on the form. Consent is not a condition of buying any product or service. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop contact: reply STOP to any text; call 844-978-0969; or email unsubscribe@seniorcoveragenetwork.com. We will honor your request promptly. You may also ask us to add your number to our internal do-not-contact list. Revoking consent for one company does not revoke it for the others unless you tell us so.
6. Cookies and tracking
We and our vendors may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for the purposes described above (for example, TrustedForm and Jornaya). You can control cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work without them. Our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
7. Your choices and rights
- You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the record-keeping we are required to do by law.
- Depending on where you live (for example California and several other states), you may have additional rights, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information for money.
- To make a request, email unsubscribe@seniorcoveragenetwork.com or call (888) 897-0987 (TTY 711). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults who are or are becoming eligible for Medicare. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, including Medicare.gov. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
